Native American fry bread
Make dough with 4 cups of flour, a pinch of salt and sugar and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Then start needing your dough to a smooth consistency. Let rise for 30 min. (The longer it rises the better.)

After letting it rise start your oil up once the oil looks ready drop a tiny ball of dough into the oil, if it rises up and starts frying the oil is ready for frying. Take the dough and form the dough into balls. Then roll them out with a rolling pin. Put the fry bread into the oil. Let the fry bread crisp to a golden brown.
